Mexican Stuffed Mushrooms

1 lb.    hot sausage
1/3 cup  soy sauce
1 clove  garlic, chopped
2 lbs.   LARGE mushrooms

Mix together the first 3 ingredients.  Stuff mushrooms.
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until sausage is done.
