Mock Whitebait Potatoes Onion (optional) Egg (optional) Salt and pepper Oil for frying Grate as many potatoes as you want. Optionally, peel and grate an onion. (If you let this stand you will get some liquid and the potato may turn pinkish. Don't worry, just drain it off.) Add an egg (not necessary) and salt and pepper (necessary).
