Spicy Southwestern Marinade

For beef, poultry, pork and lamb. 

1 c  Bloody mary mix
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tb Prepared horseradish
1 tb Dijon mustard
2 tb Mild canned green chiles, finely chopped
1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  

Makes about 1-1/3 cups
