Bloody Mary Marinade

For poultry, pork and fish. 

3/4 c  V-8 juice
1/4 c  Vodka
1 ts Prepared horseradish
1 ts Lemon juice
1/2 ts Soy sauce
1 ds Hot pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 

Makes about 1 cup
