Mary Nell Reck's Galveston Rub

For poultry and pork. 

6    Garlic cloves; crushed
1 tb Cayenne pepper
2 tb Paprika
1 tb Lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Mash until smooth.

Makes about 1/3 cup
